Grilled Corn with Cheese and Lime
Ingredients
8 ears corn, shucked
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
kosher salt
1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco Mexican cheese
2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
Heat your grill to medium-high.
Brush the corn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill the corn, turning often, until tender and charred (about 5 to 7 minutes).
Sprinkle corn with cheese and serve with lime wedges.
